Bought beautiful 9×12 hand knotted rug.Everyone was so helpful. I saw this rug and knew it was perfect for our dining room! Even the gentlemen who delivered the rug were so helpful in setting the rug and dining table in perfect positions. Thankyou. We will be back!
Beautiful rugs, great quality! Jaffe has completely changed the way I look at rugs and their quality! I am so happy with my purchase and know it will be with me for years to come! Jaffe was very pleasant to work with, kind, and knowledgeable. I was able to see 5 different rugs in my home with my furniture in order to make a decision. I ended up with a beautiful rug! He and his team moved my furniture and set it back up with the rug – side note I had just had my couch steamed and the steamers wouldn’t even connect my couch back together, thankfully Jaffe helped me out! I will continue to purchase rugs there from this day forward!
